Terms & Conditions — Retailer's Club India

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Retailer's Club India ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Retailer's Club India is a B2B community platform that connects garment manufacturers with verified garment retailers. We provide a space for manufacturers to showcase products and for retailers to discover new suppliers. We are not a marketplace and do not process transactions between users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By registering, you represent that your business is legitimate and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date business and product information.
Do not post false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content.
Do not use the Platform for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities.
Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.

5. Content & Listings

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Platform for the purpose of operating our services. We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove content that violates these terms.

6. Membership & Payments

We offer a free launch membership until 30 July 2026. After this period, standard membership fees of ₹2,999/month apply. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in harmful conduct. Upon termination, your public listings will be removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Retailer's Club India is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes between manufacturers and retailers, quality of products, or business losses arising from Platform use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
